1 Choose the texttool and write whatever you want. I wrote this:


2 Go to Layer > Layer style > Stroke. Set the settings to something like the under, you can of course change the color on the border and the width, but the under is my adjustements. Play around! You can also use gradient or pattern, if you choose the Fill type to Gradient or Pattern.
