Shattered bottom

This is very cool to use on PNG/PSD's. I love it, and I ofte use it in my layouts.

1 Open your PNG/PSD. I'm going to use one of Hanna Beth.


2 Go to Image > Canvas size, and set the settings like the under. It's the things which I've marked pink which is important :)


3 Choose the Freehand selection tool () and set the settings like this:
Selection type Point to point
Feather 50
Smoothing 2
Anti Alias


4 Make a selection like this:


5 Go to Effects > Texture effects > Mosaikk - Antique. Set the settings like this:


6 Repeat this until you're pleased. I repeated it three times.
