Lineselection

1 Start with opening the picture you want to use. I'm going to use this:


2 Choose the Pen Tool (), and set the settings like this: click.

3 Draw some scribble on the image, like this:


4 Choose the Magic Wand (), and set the settings like this: click.

5 Click in some of the middle of some of the rabbles. Then it should come up a marquee like this:


6 Now you can for example colorize it with going on Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize. If you want black/white like I, set the settings like this:


7 Now go to Selections > Select none.

8 Here's my result:
