Remember to not follow the tutorial slavish, try out your own, similar values, so it fits your image perfectly(:

1 Start with prepearing your base like cropping, resizing, sharpen etc., if needed. I'm going to use this:


2 Duplicate the base (Layer > Duplicate) and set the layer to Screen. For this instance I sat the opacity to 35% but you might have it higher/lower.


3 Make a new hue/saturation layer (Layer > New adjustement layer > Hue/Saturation) and set the settings like this:
Master 0/+40/0
Reds 0/+25/0
Yellows 0/-15/0
Blues 0/+30/0


4 Make a new selective color layer and set the settings like this:
Reds +50/+10/+100/0
Yellows +70/-50/0/+20
Blues +60/+60/0/0
Neutrals +20/+10/+30/0


This step is optional
5 I'm going to fix up some of the colors. Make a new color balance layer (Layer > New adjustement layer > Color Balance). Set the color levels like this:
Midtones -25/+11/+21
Highlights -10/-20/-20
Shadows -30/-10/+12
